Sadly, I came here to share how terrible this practice has been. This practice is nothing short of pure disgrace to the dental field. Apparently all these positive google reviews are due to them bugging you by text to leave a review. That should say enough about the practice. A good dental office usually doesn't care much about reviews when their work and attitude speak for itself. Maggie's office definitely have their way of scamming you on the finances part, despite getting paid IN FULL BY OUR INSURANCE AND MAKING US PAY THE ENTIRE TREATMENT UPFRONT PRIOR TO BILLING OUR INSURANCE. They ask their patients to pay the entire money of the treatment upfront. We've paid total of $1,406. Our insurance paid them after they billed it and they still adamantly tried to keep the difference. It took me 4-5 calls to get them to pay us our money back. After they finally did, they refunded the incorrect amount. Dr. Maggie refused to finish a treatment on my son yet still has the audacity to want to charge for it. Our last visit was beyond a horror story and Dr. Maggie refused to finish the treatment. We had to go to a different dentist that's more gentle with kids to finish the treatment she nev

I want to say that the staff is extremely nice. My issue is that I was never told that they were out of network until we were already there for the appointment. I had been jumping through hoops for a while to get my children in and after our tour, I was told they were out of network. In hindsight, I could’ve left. However, as I said I had been trying for months to get them in and I knew they needed to be seen. If I was told from the time I attempted to schedule the appointment or even when I submitted the insurance, then I would’ve chosen to go elsewhere. I was told that they have no insurance that’s considered in-network, so be forewarned.

We had an excellent experience at this dental office. They were able to get my daughter in for an appointment very quickly, which we greatly appreciated. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was kind, patient, and focused on making sure she felt as comfortable as possible. The dentist and team did a wonderful job easing my daughter’s fears and helping her feel at ease throughout the visit. They took the time to thoroughly explain the recommended course of treatment, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood every step of the process.

Great experience! I love that they gave us a tour of the clinic and did a great job explaining their process and next steps. Our daughter felt comfortable and enjoyed her gift bag. They did an amazing job making us as parents and children comfortable with everything! Highly recommend this clinic!

We have had an exceptional experience since bringing our daughter to Maggie Davis and Associates. My daughter has special needs and we have struggled to maintain her dental health. We have also struggled to find a dentist who can accommodate nonverbal children on the spectrum. My daughter had a recent procedure and the dentist was extremely detailed in keeping us informed. Dr Davis even called that evening, following the procedure, to check on our daughter. The entire staff is amazing to work with. Timely responses to emails, always someone available when we call, easy to use electronic links for payments. The list goes on for how efficient they operate the business. It’s clear they truly care about the children and families they serve.
